Marketing Technology Engineer
Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.
We operate several educational brands, including IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, Beam Institute of Technology, and MBI-Akademie, where we train students for in-demand professions and support them on their way to professional integration in Germany.
We are developing our marketing and sales technology infrastructure and are looking for a MarTech Engineer / Web & Automation Specialist to manage our websites, automate processes, maintain integrations, and ensure reliable lead data transfer between advertising channels, websites, and our CRM system.

Develop custom functions using one of the following languages: Deluge, Python, Node.js, or Java.
Build and maintain integrations in n8n, including lead routing.
Integrate marketing services using REST APIs and Webhooks.
3. Analytics and Tracking
Configure and connect Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
Ensure correct and consistent UTM tracking.
Configure conversion tracking using Meta Pixel and Conversions API, including form tracking across different language versions of our websites.
Implement Google Consent Mode v2 and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
4. Business Unit Support
Handle internal requests from Marketing and Sales, including lead transfer issues, access management, and the setup of new products and sales funnels.
Help teams implement new marketing tools.
Document integrations and workflows.

Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Ability to systematically troubleshoot issues across the entire advertising → website → CRM pipeline.
Active use of AI tools to accelerate script development, solve integration challenges, and automate your own workflows.
